Clean and location was lovely for what we wanted. Contact with property was really easy and the contact was very helpful.

The beds were not the best and the en suite bathroom had a permanent smelt of damp.

Scammed — Host Took Deposit and Disappeared I had an extremely disappointing experience booking an apartment in Birmingham through Booking.com. After transferring a £300 deposit to the host, they stopped responding entirely. I waited outside the property for over two hours with no contact or access. I had travelled three hours to get there and was forced to find last-minute accommodation elsewhere through Booking.com. Shockingly, the same property was later relisted on the platform even after I reported the incident. Booking.com has confirmed they are investigating, but I’ve lost £300 in total. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform — it’s concerning that scammers are still able to operate and that fake reviews make listings appear genuine. Be extremely cautious when booking apartments on Booking.com, and avoid listings that request direct payments or deposits outside the platform.

Great location very convenient for the city centre with easy access via the metro. Quiet, secure location. Modern apartment in a traditional building. Great communication with owners. Easy to find.

Really nice place, super comfy and well maintained.

Not the greatest location, hard to find and no ac. They technically had one but it wasnt hooked up right so the hot air was exhausting into thr same room where it was cooling.

I liked everything except not been able to contact them also someone eled was parked on our spot couldn't contact anyone so had to park on another carpark and was stress the whole stay just in case my car gets towed

The apartment was spotless and very welcoming. The location was great and felt like a very safe location. The apartment was bigger than expected.

There was nothing not to like, basic amenities were provided. The apartment was beautiful and clean and there was help at hand if we needed help.
