The apartment was ideal and is stunning, it is roomy and light. The sitting room is comfortable aling with the open kitchen. The bedrooms are large and roomy. The key was easily locked once we got to the block, the instructions were good but....

Getting into the complex was an issue. I was travelling on my own, with the gates closed and heavy rain. The car stopped anyone getting in and no one was answering the security or delivery call when I pressed the button. There was no code for the pad that would open the gates. A queue was developing behind me onto a busy road, it took one of the cars behind me who had a fob to open the gates, letting me in

Note that ‘free onsite car parking’ means free parking for one car.

The owner was very rude made me send him a £75 deposit and than after I done that he called me i could not hear him than he said it to late for you to be checking in cancelled the booking

The property was very spacious and all rooms are lagers than the photo show which is good. Clean property and easy to access. Such friendly security team and gave us a good sense of security during our stay.

There wasn’t much that we didnt like about the property but the beds could have been more comfortable in both rooms - as a couple of people had to sleep on the sofa. Plus would be great to get more glassware

The apartment is situated in a quiet area and was in a convenient location for both the utilita arena and bullring. Clean, modern and comfortable and ample room for a family of five. Communication from the host was excellent, replies came within seconds of sending a message. A code for the property and videos explaining location of both the apartment and the parking were sent well before our arrival. The host also very kindly allowed us to park there before and after checkout. Deposit was returned very quickly. Cant recommend highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was close to the arena, and large snd airy

The mattress was a bit lumpy, but it was fine for one night.
