Modern Home, Free Parking in Hartlepool town perfect for contractors and visitors

Location was great for what we needed, price was great, place was clean and tidy, would stay again

We stayed here for a clubland event which Was only 20 mins walk PLEASE don't be put off when you pull up as its not as it seem neighbours our Friendly and inside the property is clean tidy and has everything you need. to get the key you have a code we didnt do this till we got there but the property owner was available to contact as soon as we arrived friendly and very helpful we will be doing the club land event next year and if this property is available we would book again

When we booked the property which I think is now got a new owner the room was advertised as room and own private bathroom ( but once we got there advertising change to separate bathroom ) but again could be because it has a new owner again not sure but when we booked we assumed bathroom was in are room but it wasn't it was downstairs wasn't an issue to us only putting in review.So people who booked understand the toilet is downstair there is 2 beside each other i think there is only one room out of the four with as bathroom in room which I think is number 4 but other than that what your paying is good value for money compared to hotels and other properties which would charging over double+ for event nights

Found maggots and worms in room in the morning

Enjoyed my stay in the house, check in was very smooth and easy. All was done on WhatsApp. Host friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the kitchen and lounge had everything I needed for my stay. Can’t really fault.
