Modern Home, Free Parking in Hartlepool town perfect for contractors and visitors

Location, very clean and tidy house, wifi and host very responsive

I made a booking at the property at short notice, the host was very responsive, the room was clean and ready to check-in, the area is very centrally located and walking distance to Hartlepool town centre and train station. The lounge has a tv with Netflix. Pretty much everything you need within a reasonable budget. Thank you for letting me stay.

Nothing at all we looked around drove straight off cause they were druggies taking drugs and stunk off fag's also in there and druggies shouting up at the windows

Well, if a person told us we didn't show up,what a shame to you.we were there, we took the keys, and i got proof from the picture .we turned up there and me and my partner and I were smoking outside .first, there turned up 3 lads and waiting for drugs,so for surprise, the owners of the hotel or room came out and sold them. Even one minute didn't go when another drugy lady turned up and banged on doors .we went upstairs to the room and found out on a duvet burned hole from cigarette. Their hotel policy is telling no shoes in-house, so we took in hands because I don't want anyone stole them, and we went upstairs .my partner told me we are not staying there because it's not safe and owners just return deposit about keys ,what s shame.he selling drugs and his policy telling no drugs.i never in my life had that bad experience when person asking ID and things what they're not fallowing at all like no noise or no shouse. What a shame.I was sleeping in a car with my partner because he was worried about me like women. i will not be abused there

Everything ,Owner liars about everything. The second picture is my proof I turned up there. If booking.com will not do anything, I will have another step in because this hotel doesn't have a clue what they are dealing with

House next door is burnt out and thus pigeons in the roof space could be heard from 4am onwards in the summer!

We came to the property to find there was a young lad selling drugs in the house we had to Barry de ourself in the bedroom because we were that scared drugs all over the side and everything

That there was a lad in there selling drugs from the property loud noises most the night people coming and going buying drugs unacceptable

Host was very friendly, sent clear check in instructions and made sure I was in. The whole process was smooth, the house tidy and room clean, perfect night stay.
