Modern Home, Free Parking in Hartlepool town perfect for contractors and visitors

The facilities were not available as been told on the app here. Toilets were really disgusting and there was so much dust in the room as well. The space under the bed was also dirty although the bed was comfortable. There was black mould on the edges of the window. We checked out a day earlier than we supposed to because of all the issues property has. The owner however tried to cooperate with us and took our feedback seriously and sent the cleaner but the cleaner didn’t do his job very well either time.

I couldn’t gain access into the property as the security code for the door wasn’t working. Contacted the owner of the property and kept saying it was the right passcode but I tried for several times and it wasn’t working. Stayed outside in the cold for more than 1 hour. Then I had to book another place to stay. Still waiting for Bookings.com to send me my refund.

Quiet Area & nearby Amenities. The house was cousy

The cups & glasses had stains, Otherthan that i love the place ,As this was my second stay .worth the money 😊
