The location and price is very good.

Me and Josh have had a few bookings here before and new individual keys per room have been brought in to help deal with security concerns. Previously the property just had one key to front door and the bedrooms were all unlocked with random people staying in each room. But, you now have to send a £10 key deposit via What's App, giving out personal bank details to do so, which was very annoying and I wasn't happy with that at all. I want to know whether the owner is registered with ICO, do they follow GDPR?! Are my bank details and personal data safe, have they been deleted now as I don't want them on some random person's phone or computer!!!! I received the money back, but the hassle is not worth it! There was also someone on the sofa in only their boxers moaning as they had been locked out of their room due to all the rooms now having keys, and the associated issues. Sadly won't be staying again until the security deposit is removed or absorbed into the price and the keys issues are sorted out.

The house was recently renovated and reasonably clean and tidy

There was no private bathroom as stated on the reservation. Also, there was no toilet roll in the shared shower rooms. I advised the owner at 4pm expecting that this would be rectified later, but he simply replied stating that someone must have taken the toilet roll. As a result I had to use the McDonald's a short distance away. The toilet roll was only replaced when I checked out the following day.

Very clean it does what it says basic and clean

Not a lot if I wanted anything better it would cost more outside key case is a challenge in the dark

Roughest place I’ve ever seen in my life! Houses all smashed up on either side of the house and next door didn’t even have a roof it had burnt down

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the well-maintained and clean room and washroom. The overall experience was very comfortable, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Additionally, the WiFi facilities were excellent, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout my visit. Thank you for the great hospitality—I look forward to staying here again!
