Overall the place was Clean. easy to talk with the owner. Good location. Nice to be able to use the kitchen. Next time I will book a room upstairs.

The single room downstairs has a draught coming in under the back door. So the room got cold . You could feed the cold air coming in.

Room was nice, bed was new , full house spotless, and Nadeem was more than adequate with help when I messaged him

Only bad thing I say about the place tv needs sorting as we couldn’t get it to work , Wi-Fi fast and reliable so we just watched stuff on our phone in room

Quick to accommodate me as my apartment cancelled, leaving me stranded with nowhere to sleep. Nice room with a very comfortable bed, and clean towels. Host was really quick and efficient at sorting out a minor problem I had - was really friendly/professional and put my mind at ease promptly. Thanks for a good night's sleep, appreciated 👍🏼

It was a late booking but I was lucky to access the accommodation which was basically a sparsely furnished room with no TV. I paid for a room with my own bathroom but ended up in one without. The person who let me into the house was apparently a resident with no links to the business and knew nothing about my accommodation. I simply had to use my initiative and take the only room I could see with a key in the door. Though I initially was able to speak to the owner on a very ineffective crackly intercom we were unable to have a useful conversation. There was no effort on his part to check that I was okay. If it wasn't for the resident who happened to come along at the time. I would have been left to stand in the cold
