DoubleTree by Hilton Fiji - Sonaisali Island

I never get to go there as I requested to do a free cancellation for now or I will change the dates as I had to postpone my plan and would like to book again for more number of days and for more people. And if they can't cancel for free then I will definitely make the changes now. It was just a request to see if that's possible, they deducted the cancellation money and did not let me change the dates. I was charged almost 400 AUD for nothing.

Bad Admin. No professionalism. No chance of communication.

Stunning location, great ambience, delicious breakfast and opportunity to be surrounded by beautiful scenery in a small oasis. Been to Fiji 4 times and this is my fav resort on Nadi. Highly suggest you upgrade to an ocean front bure.

Feels like your always being sold to but that's a lot of Fiji not just this resort.

Location is terrible, no beach or safe area to swim, mosquito riddled accommodation, ocean view bure had view of ocean between other bures, lighting in room was extremely dim, walls between buses were paper thin, very poor quality food - my wife was served raw chicken and the accompanying chips has several individual chips on the bottom of her plate covered in tomato sauce - like they had been taken off someone else's dirty plate, put onto hers and then covered with a few more 'fresh' chips. We were both horrified!! Location in also horrible - in a mangrove swamp, and a $50 taxi ride from Nadi. There are much better places to go!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, like more friendly than anywhere else in the world! Bed was comfortable room was clean.

Food was very ordinary breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think there might have been a storm not to before I arrived so there was debris around which kinda made the place look unkept particularly around the water.
