"Comfortable and conveinient for trains into twickenham"

location was excellent for tube connection to twickenham

TV couldn’t get it to work, was told the next day that there is a way to get it working if i’d contacted them, if it is a known issue include the instruction in booking in information

The location, price and cleanliness was great

There was a strange issue with the combination lock on the main door. After contacting the owner they drove out to sort it.

The property was very dirty, bedsheets had brown marks on them and next to the pull out bed by the window was so much dust causing me to cough all night and a huge spider nest. When pulling out the bed to extend it we also noticed a huge spider web in the corner of the room. The bedsheets were not fresh and the whole place had a weird smell. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, with some slats being missing meaning you would dip in the bed.
