Very dark around the car park /building

Thought parking on site was included need to make customer clear you have to find parking in town

The bed was comfy,

Took me an hour to get in, the address was wrong, couldnt use the car park and had to pay more, the word drive in the directions was misleading, the toilet seat wouldnt stay up, the TV wasnt working and had to call the owner to sort it, written instructions would have helped, shower keeps going too hot.only one glass and no coffee, only tea.

1.Autóval nem lehetett beállni kipakolni a csomagokat. 2. A zuhanykabin ajtaját nem lehet becsukni. 3. A melegvíz hőmérséklet ingadozását nem lehet megszokni. 4 Sajnos csótány is megjelent. 5. A szoba nem szellőztethető jól, nagyon meleg volt, annak ellenére, hogy volt 1 ventillátor.

The hosts were very responsive. Any queries I had were answered quickly. Parking is available for a deposit (covers potential loss of gate key) which was promptly returned upon departure.

It is a very small property. I was travelling solo so that was fine but it would be a struggle for more than 2 people. I’d feel happier with a more secure door/lock; when I left the property I was concerned someone could get in if they wanted to

Very convenient for the main centre of Egham -- shops, takeaways, museum etc. The bed(s) were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, fans and heaters supplied. There were sufficient hangers in the wardrobe!! There were new toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom! The hosts responded quickly when contacted and made every effort to make the stay comfortable.

There was a temporary glitch with the electricity supply on my arrival and the WiFi disappeared after the weekend,but nothing drastic.

The room is quiet and away from the street and does have everything you need for a short stay. Bed was comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful in the lead up to the stay and let me park prior to check in as we had a wedding nearby. Near the high street and train station for access

I wouldn't want to try and fit in more than 2 people, especially for more than 1 night. I did choose this listing as it stated parking, however the arrangements aren't so straightforward as there is a charge plus a deposit for the gate fob, which I wasn't aware of beforehand

Easy check in, responsive owner. Clean bathroom. Simple accommodation and was all that we needed

Slow to return the key fob deposit and nothing to dry up the kitchen crockery and cutlery, had to use paper towels.
