Great food, particularly from the individual restaurants. The staff were a little hit and miss, some were really great, others not so much. The evening entertainment was very fun.

The room was a little dated, bath tap not working properly, hair dryer broken and the evening entertainment is repeated after one week.

It is almost imposible to make a reservation at the restaurant. Then, you just end up eating at the buffet restaurant. More or less the same food, and extremely crowded. We succeeded to book only two nights at one of the restarurants in 7 nights after complaining. Our reservations were at 9.30pm. We arrived the restaurant earlier, 60% of the restarurant was empty for both cases. I don’t believe that the restaurants were fully booked. They just want people to eat the buffet restaurant. I guess it is more cost effective. Won’t stay in the hotel again, not worth for the money we spent

The staff was great. They tried to help with a smile on their face.

Very old and dated. Our first room had a total of 3 plugins. The food was marginal and the drinks horrible. Even though it was quite impossible to get a reservation at one of the 9 specialty restaurants, they were only half full when you walked by them.
