I loved staying here, the place was huge that was necessary to take this little cars to move around, what I like the most was the entertainment during the whole day and also the discotheque at the hacienda was super fun, 🤩 also the restaurants were high level and the food exquisite, the service in general was excellent, we had a great experience at this resort.

I had a swim up suite. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The food was very good at just about every buffet and restaurant. The variety and selection was endless.

Some of the staff seems to not like the brown skinned people. Especially Guadalupe who is the hostess/greeter at the Kutuk restaurant in the adult section. She would walk all the non-brown skinned people to their tables and seat them, but the brown skinned got pointed to a table. Her actions were very obvious. There was also some of the pool side attendants like Gryselda, that were not very friendly unless you tipped. We tipped everyone generously in order to get a smile or good service. The night entertainment was a bit disappointing, there really wasn't much going on as far as things to do. No food is allowed poolside. the villa shuttles take very long to get you from the lobby area.

The staff members were very pleasant. The property was clean.

The shuttle was every 25-30 min atAkamal, oppose to every 15 minutes promised. There needs to be a better way to make reservations at the restaurants. Also, the plumbing system As far as not being able to flush tissue in the toilet they should inform potential guest beforehand. The public bathroom in the lobby near the buffet had a foul odor.

I have been visiting this hotel for 21 years . The decline in customer services is really bad . The food is average . The staff on reception where ok . But the bell boys are really good . Entertainment crew don’t interact anymore . Such a shame .

The rooms need totally re vamping . Tulum rooms are so much nicer . The staff need to interact more .

The location is amazing and the grounds are beautiful and tranquil

- proximity to the beach - the buffet was amazing

- no pool for swimming - loveless and rather random placement of two-person tables - bus trip to airport too early; cut the last day short and the paid for lunch had to be skipped and paid for again at the expensive airport. We had to spend 4h at the airport for no obvious reason.
