The rooms, the food, how dirty and old the place is.

The hotel consists of four hotels and you can go to restaurants and pools of all four. They have little wagons that take you around. We were there in July and it was difficult to walk around in the heat. The food in restaurants is diverse, there is a good selection. One major issue is that there is barely any ac in the restaurants and public spaces. This makes going to eat or to the nightly shows difficult. The ocean in front of the hotel is beautiful, but rocky. There were always spaces in front of the ocean. Towels were almost always available. The kids club was wonderful and was the only space that had ac. The rooms were comfortable. A bit old but well maintained. We had some maintenance requests and they were resolved rapidly. Be ready to deal with some mosquitoes at night.

The property was beautiful and very secure , the staff are very welcoming.

The only drawback is the lack of transportation within the facility , there were several instances where we just had to walk long distance to get around, trams were limited.

Breakfast was very nice.

It was difficult to communicate with staff about food allergies.

The entertainment teams were very nice and polite !

Honestly, everything was great I can’t wait to go back there for at least a week!

Proximity to ocean, landscaping, service by staff, view of the ocean, cleanliness of the beach and property.

Heat of the restaurants, scramble for chairs in the morning (maybe allow rentals or reservations), proximity to excursions.

Amazing amenities. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay: the activities, scenery, food, etc.
