I like the option to go to the other resorts for dinners and different buffets.

We stayed in the adults only deluxe rooms and we could hear everything in the hallway. Walls are thin.

The location was very good next to our building. The actual food was so-so, very average buffet foood.

The website is brain dead

There are a lot of amenities and it felt comfortable

I wish there were more shops or options for shopping. Our area was remodeling so the buffet was moved to a place farther away which was a bit annoying. We ended up eating a lot at the snack bar, which didn’t have as many options for our 1 year old.

The seafood restaurant FRUTOS DEL MAR is the best... the buffet and a la carte dinners are delicious and with a gastronomic proposal..

That people from other locations used the beach loungers, and the pool umbrella, making insufficient for those of us who are in akumal

Beautiful hotel and property. The walk to the beach was not more than a few hundred feet from our room. Staff is helpful and strives to care for the guests. Plenty of beach space, with sun coverage.

The food was hit or miss. Some meals were great, other left us wanting something else. We ordered a King room, our first room was “upgraded” but, it was two double beds. For a man and wife, that leaves something to be desired. We got moved the next day to a much better king room and stayed there the rest of our week.

The ride to the airport took 3 hours

For a 4 to 5 star resort-concierge service was poor-none at all. Hard to communicate with anyone prior to visit-could not even ensure the type of beds needed in the room. One room had bed bugs-moved a co-worker twice to find an adequate room. Food quality was okay-nothing great. Customer service was not good-front desk personnel rude.

Lots of beach access, there was always a chair available by the pool or beach. There was always someone nearby ready to bring you an ice cold drink!
