All guests staying in one of our Colonial Club must be over the age of 18. Colonial Club offers an adults-only experience (18 years +) with private pool and beach areas, private VIP Lounges, and featuring the Majestic Supreme Service upgraded amenities such as Butler service, access to à-la-carte breakfast and lunch, free internet access, among others. If the guest is paying by credit card, the cardholder must be present during check-in time. Please be aware that third Party Payments are not allowed, this includes corporate cards. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the total amount for your stay. No refund will apply for hotel services used during the day or not used or not consumed. L'ensemble de l'accueil du personnel dévoué a notre service, la propreté des lieux tant intérieur que extérieur, là piscine magnifique et l'ensemble des repas,autant au buffet que au restaurants a la carte. Excellents tant la qualité que le choix Hôtel magnifique pour passer un moment inoubliable (petit détail la chambre a besoin d'un léger rafraichissement) mais presque insignifiant par rapport a tout l'ensemble.

Gostamos da hospedagem como um todo. Quartos confortáveis, funcionários simpáticos, boas opções de restaurante, comida de qualidade, bem como os drinks servidos e a depender da propina você pode beber até heineken. A faixa da praia é excelente com mar calmo e sem sargaço.

Apenas da falta de informação no check in da obrigatoriedade de pendurar a placa de "não perturbe" durante sua permanência no quarto", pois caso não esteja pendurada, poderiam entrar no quarto em determinados horários para prestar algum serviço.

I love the entertainment & the decorum.

We got scammed 300$+ at the ATM & front desk for our booking. Property staff was not knowledgeable about how much our room actually was & how much was the currency from USD to Pesos.

Instalaciones muy cómodas y bonitas Variedad de comidas y sabores Muchas actividades entretenidas A pesar de haber mucha gente nunca tuve que esperar por servicio Jardines preciosos invitan a descansar, no solo la piscina y la playa

Coincidimos con la visita de jóvenes estudiantes universitarios de USA y algunos con mal comportamiento y bulliciosos, producto de la ingesta descontrolada de bebidas alcohólicas. Es molesto que gente se levanta muy temprano y reserva tumbonas y balinesas por todo el día, sin ocuparlas full time. Exceso de ruido en las piscinas con personas bebiendo todo el día. A mayor consumo de alcohol mas gritan.
