I loved the Beach and the layout of the property

Pedimos cama Queen size porque fui con mi pareja y nos dieron 2 camas pequeñas y tuvimos que unirlas y fue muy incomodo.

We stayed in a swim up suite. It was nice to be able to sit right outside the room and not have to find an empty lounge chair on the common pool deck. The pool bar was also right across the walking bridge from our room/ The hotel was clean and well maintained. The beach was also clean. They did a good job of keeping the seaweed swept.

The food was OK, not great but not bad either. About what you expect when they are cooking for hundreds. The variety was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The beds were super comfy. The entertainment staff were friendly and entertaining. The restaurant staff were also friendly. The pools and beaches were great.

This is not a 5-star resort. For the money paid, and the reviews, I was expecting a 5-star experience. This to me was a 3-star resort. The food was not great. The only restaurants that were good required reservations and those were hard to get - you have to make them asap and even then you might not get a great time. The steak restaurant was okay, but I had to return my steak because I asked for medium-rare and I got well-done - a steakhouse has one job, come on. The seafood restaurant was also good, but know they share the same kitchen and the menu is very similar so you’re not going to get a variety here. The other options are the buffets and they were not good. I was terrified of getting food poisoning the entire time so I barely ate during the day. And surprise surprise, I got food poisoning my last day here. ALSO they were demolishing the room right next to us. Every morning starting at 9am until late in the afternoon you could hear the loudest drilling, hammering, sawing, etc. The walls are super thin and actual construction sounded like it was in the room with us. No sleeping in. No hanging out in the room during the day. We called to move rooms (what 5-star resort puts someone in a room next to demolition??) and they couldn’t move us until our second to last day because the resort was full. Other than that, the resort is just fine. You can tell it’s old and outdated and sloppily painted over. Kind of boring in comparison to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve been to. I expected better for what I paid. Save your money and go elsewhere.
