All guests staying in one of our Colonial Club must be over the age of 18. Colonial Club offers an adults-only experience (18 years +) with private pool and beach areas, private VIP Lounges, and featuring the Majestic Supreme Service upgraded amenities such as Butler service, access to à-la-carte breakfast and lunch, free internet access, among others. If the guest is paying by credit card, the cardholder must be present during check-in time. Please be aware that third Party Payments are not allowed, this includes corporate cards. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the total amount for your stay. No refund will apply for hotel services used during the day or not used or not consumed. Un excelente lugar para descansar. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, limpias y comodas. Todo muy bien organizado, gran variedad de actividades, cuentan con una página que te muestra todo lo que ocurrirá durante el día (deporte, ocio, etc).

Solo una cosa. Si eres latino y te gusta mucho bailar, el 99% de la música que se coloca en la disco esta pensada solo para norteamericanos. Lo cual se entiende porque el 99% de visitantes son gringos. El truco es dejarle al DJ unos cuantos dolares de propina para que coloque tus canciones y resuelto, de lo contrario, no te tomarán en cuenta aunque se lo pidas.

Most of the staff attend in a bad mood in a grotesque and derogatory way, they never leave clean towels and the dirty ones are put on the tables or taken away but they do not change them for clean towels, only some employees are friendly but most attend in a grotesque way, the hotel smells too musty and does not look clean, I do not consider this hotel as 4 stars hotel.

Show nocturno básico y malo, mala disposición y discriminación del personal hacia pasajeros latinos, espacio club de la playa muy estrecho y chico.

VIsited Majestic Colonial in 2024 and promised to return for my honeymoon. Viviana at Front desk was awesome. She was instrumental in getting us an upgrade to the adults only Club section of the hotel with all the bonus amenities. Our butler Edwin was also very helpful and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Excellent
