Klimatyzacja było bardzo słaba. Wi-fi miało bardzo mały zasięg( w ogrodzie i łazience już nie było zasięgu)

La localizacion y el.apartamento lo mejor.

La piscina esta en obras,...., se indica en la web, pero no se puede esconder mas. Si ensen̈as la piscina en las fotos y aparece en el buscador como apartamento con piscina.....a.lo.mejor habria que retirar dicho servicio hasta que se repare. Las camas del.sofa muy pequen̈as no son para adultos en ningun caso

La ubicación, está en pleno centro. Cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar en Lisboa. Los porteros del edificio son personas encantadoras que nos ayudaron desde el principio de nuestra estancia.

Reserve el alojamiento porque tengo un problema cardiovascular en las piernas y necesito nadar todos los días. En las fotos del apartamento venía una piscina disponible, una sauna y un jacuzzi. Por este motivo seleccione este apartamento, pero a mi llegada pregunté por la piscina y me dijeron que llevaba cerrada más de un año. No puedo comprender el motivo por el que si la piscina está cerrada y no es operativa Booking continúa manteniendo las fotos en su descripción. Hablé con la empresa que se encarga de las reservas y me dicen que en la letra pequeña si está reflejado que la piscina no está abierta pero las fotos de la misma siguen manteniéndose en la publicidad. Me parece que es publicidad engañosa, ya que en mi caso preferí alquilar algo más caro por el tema de la piscina y después he tenido que pagar de nuevo para ir a una piscina donde poder hacer mis ejercicios diarios imprescindibles para mi bienestar y mi salud.

Gostei da localização, da decoração e da composição do apartamento.

El piso es una preciosidad, techos altísimos, decoración elegante y muy bien localizado. Con todo tipo de utensilios, cafetera Nespresso, muy bien equipado, en pleno centro. Temperatura ideal. Fácil entrar al apartamento.

Nos avisaron 3 días antes de entrar que la piscina y el spa no estaban funcionando. Fue uno de los motivos por los que reservamos el apartamento y ya se había pasado el periodo de cancelación; por otro lado, no hubiese dado tiempo a encontrar otro alojamiento. No ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación.

Where do I start, I guess the core issue is that the host is not an individual, but a faceless corporation who you have no personal contact with and they actively avoid responding to you after checking in. The title of the location says it includes an indoor pool, when we checked in the pool was under construction and completely drained. This was the reason we booked the location, and had communicated this to them the week before check-in. Yet they refused to allow us to cancel and move elsewhere when we discovered the pool issue, and also refused any kind of refund until we had to get booking.com involved, which took days as the hosts said "it is he weekend so not many people are working". Utterly terrible service. Additionally, the air-conditioning system is completely non operational, the shower clogs and fills up, and the shower door is broken so the bathroom floods. These issues were reported to the host but absolutely no attempt was made to fix them. After reading some old reviews these appear to be ongoing issues for years, so they clearly have no care or intention to fix it. Additionally, although the location is good, it is right beside the hard rock cafe, and so if you are a light sleeper you may struggle to fall asleep with the noise on weekends, as they loud and very late into the night. It is a persistent low deep thudding. They are trying to squeeze every bit of profit they can out of this place, with no care for visitors.
