Private Main Door Lovely 2 bedroom apartment

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento insieme a un’altra coppia ed è stata un’esperienza davvero eccezionale. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. L’ambiente è caldo e accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa fuori. Ottima anche la posizione, ben collegata al centro città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Non ho riscontrato aspetti negativi.

Die Ferienwohnung lag in einem nicht so schönen Viertel, ansonsten war alles da was man braucht.

Betten waren klein, teilweise noch Fenster von vor 50 Jahren mit Einfachverglasung, aber ich glaube man darf nicht vom deutschen Standard ausgehen.

I liked the upgraded modern look of this apartment, it has two queen sized beds and a bathroom as well as full kitchen and washing machine (no drying from what I could tell). The location was easy to get to from downtown Edinburgh by taking a bus maybe 15 mins away that dropped us off around the corner of the apartment. The stop for the train to the airport was also on the same street and super easy to use. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was very communicative giving clear instructions on how to access the place through messaging. I also really liked that it was the first floor.

It isn't downtown Edinburgh if that's what you're looking for but I didn't mind getting away from all that bustle. If you're a light sleeper the seagulls might keep you up as the ocean is very close. The streets outside look a bit dirty which at first had me doubting but didn't have any problems and it seems more like a residential area. Also I wasn't sure if the heating works, didn't seem like it did but I didn't need it thankfully.
