Private Main Door Lovely 2 bedroom apartment

V apartmáne sme sa citili veľmi dobre, bol veľmi vkusne zariadený. Páčila sa nám aj poloha ubytovania s dobrým autobusovým spojením do centra mesta, v blízkosti boli taktiež bary, reštaurácie a Lidl.

Lits confortables, quartier tranquille, tram direct pour le centre et l'aéroport à 2 mn à pied.

Manque de mobilier dans le salon, la situation en rez de rue

Loin du centre bruyant mais bien desservi. On trouve de tout à côté et on est au centre en 20'.

La vaisselle est incomplète pour 4. Il était assez pénible de préparer à manger (pas de poêle ordinaire par exemple) et de servir 4 personnes (assiettes manquantes, etc.)

The apartment was decent overall, with a particularly nice kitchen that was well-equipped and clean. The location was very convenient with a bus stop and tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around the city. There were nice restaurants within walking distance, and both Lidl and Tesco were close by for groceries and essentials.

The beds were quite small for two people, which made for uncomfortable nights. Another problem was the misleading parking information. While the listing advertised “free parking,” the reality was quite different. The free parking was located far from the apartment. The parking directly in front of the building was limited to 4 hours and was quite expensive for such a short time limit. This was frustrating as we had specifically chosen this apartment based on the free parking promise. While check-in at 4 PM was reasonable, the 10:30 AM check-out was surprisingly early and felt rushed, especially for a short stay. Most places offer at least 11 AM.

Great location, close to the tram, buses, grocery store etc.

It was not clean. I stayed here with two young children, 1 and 3, and rented it purposely because it had a washing machine. But the washing machine was covered in black mould around the gasket. The outlets for charging worked intermittently so most times things wouldn’t charge. Contacted the host twice and no response. No bath mat. Mould in the bathroom (sink and shower). Dish sponge was very old and used and smelled.

The appartment was nice, clean and spacious.

The apartment was not in a very nice neighborhood. Additionally, even though we filtered on booking.com for places with included parking, parking was not included here (it was stated that free parking options were available in the surrounding area). The host provided us with information about free parking areas close to the apartment, but locals informed us that those areas were private ground and parking was forbidden. Due to technical problems on our side, we were not able to contact our host for help; therefore we chose to find a car park, where we could safely leave our car overnight (which was located quite a distance away).
