The location, near public transport and walking distance to restaurants

Public bins immediately out the front of the building, not ideal for security. Locking arrangements needed strengthening, particularly given immediate street access. Extremely noisy fan in bathroom comes on automatically with the light and stays on for a long time after the lights are turned off. Heating was not working on arrival and rewuuya visit from owner/ maintenance

Fabulous location for ease of walking into Princess Street or catching the bus.

It was close to the tram line which was very handy. Also walking distance for Royal Yacht Britannia and an area called The Shore. It was nice to have plenty of teas, coffees and milk. It was handy for supermarkets if you wanted to cook but there are plenty of eating places close by.

Just little things to make it a bit more comfortable. I would suggest that the wire for the lights on the bedside units were longer as I couldn't turn it on and off without getting out of bed. It would also be handy to have a few bits of information in the apartment about where to get the local transport from.

The accommodation was relatively spacious with decently clean rooms. It had a cosy ambience.

Even though the accommodation was quite far from Edinburgh City centre, there was still very limited parking near the apartment. We had to park over a 5 minute walk away and it was very challenging to find a parking space. Furthermore, the apartment looked straight onto the street which had the street's public garbage disposal lined up outside all the street facing windows. We didn't feel comfortable opening any of the blinds or windows which made the apartment feel quite stuffy. The cutlery and pan that was provided was not properly cleaned and still had smears of food on them. Definitely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen

Quite spacious, had everything needed.

Coffee machine didn't work, and there was mould on the seals in the shower
