"Hotel was better than expected. Dinner was lovely."

The hotel was cosy and inviting. The staff including the waiting staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were clean.

The finer details of cleaning were missed. For example my bedside lamp dumped a dust-fall onto my belongings. I was woken up at half 6 by music from one of the rooms and scrapping of furniture and banging of doors.

Staff were lovely. Even though very busy we were looked after very well.

The plug didn't work in the bathroom sink and there was no loo brush. The room was too warm.
