Location was great and the food and atmosphere for dinning was lovely.

Notices about the ev chargers that were not working. Also was far too hot upstairs.

Really lovely, comfortable stay. The rooms are just as pictured, really nice and quiet too.

Both nights they asked for last orders at the bar over a hour before advertised.

The food was awful throughout, i had the signature burger and it was unseasoned, the pulled meat on top was horrific...and to highlight the best part of the meal were the onion rings... breakfast was equally as bad

Colazione eccellente in una sala colazione meravigliosa in stile inglese. Stanza De Luxe bellissima, delle giuste dimensioni e con piccole attenzioni molto gradite. Bagno bellissimo, dotato di tutto. Parcheggio disponibile gratuito. Possibilità di cenare nel ristorante. Ambiente curato ed elegante.

Ho esposto un problema personale relativo al pagamento del pedaggio auto a Londra, che, purtroppo il personale non è riuscito a risolvere anche se, ovviamente, non era tenuto, ma speravo nella sua collaborazione!
