Beautiful rooms , location fantastic, food good

I was in room 7 and it was sooooooo hot no aircon and above the kitchen really will make me question about staying again when everything else was so good in

Location was perfect. Food was very very good. On the whole the property was very good.

The assistant manager and manager on the evening left a lot to be desired. I think the assistant manager was more than a little power crazy. Closed the bar at 22:20. No warning or information and when asked why he said a few things that didn’t make sense. I asked about the manager and he was in bed and wouldn’t answer the phone. Completely unprofessional.

Bon accueil dans cet hôtel rénové dans une atmosphère bien britannique . Chambre propre et spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable et une belle salle d'eau . Bon petit déjeuner avec une partie en libre service et l'autre à la carte

L'accès aux chambres avec les différences de niveaux et les portes coupes feux peut être difficile pour certaines personnes

Beautiful period building, well decorated room, dog friendly, good breakfast, excellent staff, nice outside space, decent evening meal, quality bedding etc. Tea, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate in room. Good value.

A little road noise at front. Far too hot ( but it was an exceptionally hot period so not normal). There was a fan but it didn't help much. Window didn't stay open and it would have been too noisy in any event.

Perfect location with great friendly staff which ticked my boxes for a one night stay.

I stayed on a very hot night, so air con would have made it more comfortable on this occasion.

Location, nice room, clean, comfortable bed..

No air conditioning, only one bath towel.
