Lovely property with very helpful staff

Good restaurant and free parking as a guest. Windsor Great Park's main entrance is just a short walk from the hotel.

It was really warm in our room!! Luckily windows opened so we could get some air in. Wasn’t a particularly warm day so not sure why.

Very clean , room nicely set out , comfortable bed .

The room was soooo hot all night even with a fan going , it was very uncomfortable to sleep it felt like u were in an oven .

Our expectations were met in abundance. Our room was immaculately clean and we couldn’t fault it at all.

A little noisy with the road traffic

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Leica. The location of the hotel is near the Virgina Water entrance so great for dog walks - an excellent location and near to amenities too. This is a truly dog friendly hotel, which is lovely.

The toilet in our room kept on filling - the flush was not cutting off properly. This is probably an easy fix. Air conditioning in the room would be a great addition. The wifi was very unreliable an kept cutting off on all devices. The prompt screen did not always come up, making it difficult to reconnect
