Araan House Hotel -Families and Couples Only

The property was very clean and brilliant for us as a family

Not a thing loved every minute

Nothing, Place was awful to stay host / owner unwelcoming not suitable for families as location and ASB was present with police and arrest

The accommodation Araan House, was unsuitable, not as advertised, for families, unsafe to stay, lack of privacy to property due to no curtains and broken blinds owner/host unapproachable was discriminatory and aggressive when highlighting issues of property, and booking.com not helpful or supportive to customer complaints, left on hold for 5 hours with booking.com still no joy, property needs to taken off booking.com platform, and inspected, other guest also complained and left property on the same day, due lack privacy and condition of property, very disappointed of booking.com , will not use this service again worse experiences ever

The room was clean and very satisfied with the whole place very quiet so the whole stay was very good and the family was very satisfied and happy

There was nothing nothing that we did not like

Lovely location very clean very spacious with everything that you needed. Amazing value for money and we will definitely be back to stay again. Would highly recommend to family’s.

Our bed was broken so mattress dipped it wasn’t an issue and we never raised concerns whilst there as didn’t feel it was a huge problem. On seeing the owner and telling himas we were leaving I’ve no doubt he sorted it.

There is a front door, and there no warning there is a step just inside the front door, at 10.30am I went for a fag and wen I finished it , I returned to the door opened it , I get anxious about doors so I just to make sure it is locked , wen I turn round I fell and my chin is all bruised and swollen

The room was good, like it had a small kitchen, with hob and microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, not far from the tower at all, or the beach over all a nice little place

No oven, cleaning bits, and no cutlery, beds mattresses was thin so you could feel the beds If your on the bottom you really do hear upstairs walking around and it's very loud but that could just of been the guests we had

Clean, close to the seafront.

Property was good, some of the people staying were very noisy etc and night time, but no fault of the property.
