Second time coming here. First time booked under a member amazing experience. This time we booked through a third company, and it wasn’t great.

I spent over 5K for the two rooms, we did not get what we were sold online, the rooms were old and musty smelling. Our toilet did not flush half the trip and that was not ok, I had to pee in the shower. They replaced the toilet a day before we left. Even though I bought sunclub I was not treated well. I wish I could get some of our money back. Do not get a room in building 14.

Cibo nella norma, buffet ricco ma migliorabile Punto forte della struttura, da Italiano, è sicuramente il cuoco Marco al buffet, pasta e pizza buoni e invitanti, per essere lontani dall’Italia i sapori sono veramente buoni Tanti eventi organizzati e tanti giochi

Problematiche all’arrivo con l’assegnazione delle camere in quanto assegnata una tipologia di camera piuttosto che un’altra nonostante pagata con un supplemento Richieste spiegazioni al desk ci hanno detto che la camera era quella e non dovevamo lamentarci ( si provvederà in altro modo) Abbiamo prenotato una cena evento da loro organizzata in spiaggia, un po da dimenticare cibo non eccezionale in quel caso

Animación y entretenimientos, tragos muy ricos y espectacular atención.

Falta de reposición en la habitación de minibar y snacks. En varios casos encontramos reposeras dañadas.
