Perfect location , great value for money

My only negative is that the bathrooms ( we had 2 rooms ) were grimy/mouldy . The photos obviously show them when they were new .

Breakfast good. Location good, especially the walks from the carpark. Evening meal was excellent and good price. Nice range of beers available . Our room had a bath as well as a shower - wonderful

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Some seating in the bar was a little tired. Grubby seats and the soft benches were too low for the tables to be able to eat.

Beautiful settings. Comfortable and reasonably sized hotel room

Rentokil box in hotel room. Marked walls throughout the building. Needs a little elbow cleaning throughout.

The room was lovely, it had a cottage feel to it. Three windows and very spacious all on ground level. Meals were very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂

Outside pet friendly roons

Breakfast was a big miss. Took our order - Clearly forgot to pass to the kitchen. When challenged - "Yeah its coming now" then turned up with 2 x full english which we hadnt ordered. Too hungry to argue.

History of the building food nice staff went out of way to make sure we were served brilliantly especially Julie who lit us a candle

Room 2 is 100 percent haunted with constant footsteps and 2 loud bangs on table near kettle tempreture went red hot to freezing with no radiators on very eery atmosphere with lots of taps on walls and my wife had her hair touched a few times while trying to sleep
