Cosy countryside stay- Waters Upton, Telford

The room was clean and comfortable everything you needed in there

When I booked this it said own shower and toilet in the facilities but when we got there it was shared which I didn't want

Loved how cosy my stay was, when arriving this room was everything I expected from the description to the comfortable set up as shown in the photos! Very clean and well maintained. I was able to cook my own food with the kitchen facilities provided, a kettle cooker and toaster. I could even iron my clothes the next day as there was an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe:)! There wasn’t anything more I could ask for. Very happy with my stay the hosts answered straight away when I was trying to locate exactly where the property was and they was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking a cozy stay, great value for the price you really cannot complain! I will 100% be booking again.

The room was comfortable and cozy, beautifully decorated, and clean. The Fire Stick was a great bonus! The location was excellent, and the host was very responsive. Everything I needed was provided, and I would definitely stay here again. The food the in restaurant was 10/10 aswell!

Location. We used to live in the village and new the area

Not prepared on arrival and shared bathroom and access were tired.

The room was modern and clean

We had an early start so wanted to get an early night. This was impossible. The noise was incredible from the kitchen staff downstairs banging around, slamming pans and shouting and slamming doors which shook the whole building. The front door was left unlocked all night which felt incredibly unsafe, I messaged the owner to see where the key would be and I had an answer to say the front door is left open. When the kitchen staff went home around midnight the noise from the long term resident kicked in. Men talking, mobile phone ringing, constantly going up and down the stairs and playing a car racing game on full blast until around 4am. The automatic light in the corridor leading to the shared bathroom stopped working ( it was turned off at the bottom of the stairs). This resulted in me nearly falling down the stairs. We had an early start with absolutely no sleep followed by a long drive back to Swansea in the evening. This was so dangerous after no sleep. I emailed the vendor to explain and said if the noise was stated on booking.com I wouldn't have booked. They just said thank you for your feedback. They blamed the car racing game on another guest which I know it wasn't, it was coming from a long term residents room based on numerous pairs of shoes, tins of pain and bike outside their room. This person was still wondering the corridors at 7am when we were leaving and said "hope you had a lovely stay"

Nearly arranged cozy and nice well furnished. Cooker, microwave, teas, coffee, washing up liquid.

The noise from the road and movement shook the entire place . Bathroom was out away from room, a bit rusty and someone kept bumping into us. . Imagine being in towel and someone moving around . You can do with adding a bathrobe to the toileteries

Quiet during the day whilst i was sleeping as i was working nights

Hall and stairs very scruffy and stunk of weed. Shower in shared bathroom was not good rail falling down and shower head would not stay in position

Loverly stay would definitely stay again ! Very clean everything you need is there. The food downstairs is really good too ! Thank you
