. Stood for 10 minutes for the shower to be hot it was freezing so couldn't have a shower. .getting a knock on the door at 12am at night. The actual door to our flat you could put your fingers through when flat. The door and key was a nightmare. You need a new door it looks like the police have raided it. The room was so hot we couldn't get the window open NO WiFi at all. So you can't watch or use the tv

GBGBGBThere was very little to like about this property. The TV was OK. It was reasonably clean.
Access was complicated. I was given the wrong code for the gate leading from the road and had to phone for the right one. Within the property I had to use the key box in the dark! The automatic light in the hallway was not working. The bed was very uncomfortable. The gas stove did not work. The shared bathroom was just awful. Broken window, broken shower, no heater. The room was directly above the kitchen of the restaurant below. There was no escape from the sounds and smells.

Think some saucepans should be supplied as there is a cooker but nothing to cook with, which was a shame as we were celebrating Christmas and brought food to cook but couldn't 🤔 Will definitely book again though
