Cozy Galleria Apt near Uptown with Free Park

Really nothing

I booked two rooms next to each other but someone was already in the number that was suppose to be assigned to me after i booked.

It is big and comfortable

I could not find clothes rack

The inside of the apartment did look like the photos for the most part. There was free parking located behind the building. This location was a great distance from downtown. The overall apartment has the potential to be great once they complete their renovation.

Communication was a little difficult going between both booking.com and the phone number that was given I was told last minute that they changed my apartment because of the AC, but when we got there, some other guests checked into that apartment, which was downstairs, and I preferred to be downstairs. The outside of the apartment needs updating. I was scared to go up and down the rusted stairs. There was a lingering order in the apartment. I'm not sure if it's because it's old and they are trying to update it or what, but it was very strong. The walls in the apartment had holes in them.

There is nothing good about this property. Awful property management. Avoid at all costs.

Unclean property and the location is not great. Property did not clean the property or the kitchen countertops or utensils before we arrived. They did not pick up any of my calls only texted.
