Needed bigger/ more towels. There were zero cups other than coffee mugs.

Bed is perfectly comfortable, location is nice and tranquil. The best part is the management team, very kind and willing to help, reply very fast as well

There a big cockroach when we just entered the front door. And the towel is clean but looks like it’s been used for few months… Hopefully can add a rack in the bathroom, there’s no place to hang the towel and put our clean clothes.

The property was absolutely filthy—beyond dirty! The floors were disgusting, as if they had never been mopped. The moment I stepped into the apartment, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant odor. The beds were covered in hair, making it clear that cleanliness was not a priority. At that moment, I finally understood why the booking was non-refundable—because anyone who walked into that apartment would immediately want their money back! While the host was kind and tried to assist, the situation was far beyond a quick fix. Cleaning should have been done before guests arrived—this is basic hospitality. No one should have to request a cleaning; it should be a given. My son took off his shoes and walked just a short distance from the bed and back—his socks were filthy afterward. I walked through the room and main area only a few times, and the state of my feet spoke for itself. The floors were beyond dirty, making it clear that they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. I don’t have a lot of money to spare, but the overwhelming odor, the filthy floors, and the hair everywhere gave me such a bad feeling that I couldn’t bring myself to lay my head on those pillows. I had no choice but to pack up my things and leave. Finding alternative accommodation was a financial stretch—well beyond my budget—but it was absolutely necessary.
