"Noisy but clean flat near the city centre"

It was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. It was a very safe place to stay as it wasn't easy to get in.

The booking in system was appallingly complicated. I must have received 20 emails and still needed to show my identity at the hotel foyer. It's near several dual carriageways, so was noisy from the early hours. Tea making facilities would be appreciated
