The view

Very disappointing stay at Sancta South Coast (Unit 69). The unit was not clean—stained sofas, dirty pillows, dusty fans, and dishes that smelled of stale food (we had to wash them before use). There was also a shower leak that was reported but never attended to, and no basic shower storage for toiletries. We encountered roaches, which is a serious hygiene concern. The outside area is extremely dark at night, making access difficult and unsafe. The pool is not freely accessible as expected—you need to book in advance, which was not clearly communicated. There is also no direct access to the beach. Overall, poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and inadequate communication made this a frustrating experience.

The place is beautiful and close to the shops

No one came to clean our place the whole weekend and no changing of towels and replenishment was not done, so that was a turnoff for me

In this unit you have a full view of the ocean from the balcony and main bedroom making it a locely place to stay.

The cleansliness of the unit was quite bad, and definately needs improvement. This unit does not have sheltered parking or a braai(I think they plan to place one in the unit). The pool is very small and in the midst of the parking area. You all so have to book an hour at a time.
