Isle of Wight Cabin

Was a beautiful place lovely views lovely people great hospitality with chocolates and different options available Interesting host and friendly ,chocolates were amazing I was tempted to ask for another box to take home :)

Excellent facilities in a very well finished cabin.

As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted by the cabin owners David & Moragh, you couldn’t ask for a nicer couple to be your host. We were shown around their beautiful cosy cabin and made to feel completely comfortable, relaxed and welcome. It was perfect for us to celebrate our anniversary in style. There was real coffee, tea and a pint of milk from the local dairy. There was even a delicious box of chocolates for us to enjoy and a basket of logs too for the wood burning stove to keep us warm in the evening. A bench and table was even placed outside for us so we could enjoy the marvellous view across the fields to the distant hills as we celebrated our anniversary drinking champagne. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, but next time we definitely will. If nature is your thing and you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then we cannot recommend the Isle of Wight Cabin highly enough, don’t hesitate to book it because you definitely won’t be disappointed. There is nothing not to like.

Everything about the cabin was perfect from its secluded location and interesting wildlife visitors in the garden, to the luxurious facilities inside. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the wood burner after a day exploring the island and the shower was consistently hot and refreshing before a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. We met David and Moragh briefly and they were welcoming and friendly.

We can honestly say that there was nothing we didn’t like and we hope to stay at the cabin during future visits to the island.

Amazing cabin. All facilities were carefully thought and beautifully designed, very green and peaceful environment. David and Moragh were so warm and kind to pick us up at the Yarmouth port, and set a little fire in the cabin (my husband was thrilled). Thank you again lovely owners, we hope to see you again.

If you are looking for some genuine peace & quiet then the cabin is for you. The hosts David & Moragh couldn’t be more accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. There are some lovely walks on the doorstep & its location is perfect for exploring the Island. Definitely would stay there again as it is the perfect place to relax & unwind.

David and Moragh’s beautiful cabin is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Communication and directions were provided promptly and clearly, and we had the warmest welcome. Tucked away from the touristy spots of the Isle of Wight, the location truly felt like an idyllic escape. Our hosts were ever ready to help with anything, but we were given our privacy and space to enjoy the cabin. The cabin was even more spacious in person and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was really the little things that made it stand out – Moragh’s homemade biscuits, proper shampoo and conditioner (a dream!), fluffy towels and a selection of fancy teas. But more than that, it was the hosts themselves that left a lasting impression. We wanted to use the BBQ and David was more than happy to set it all up for us, ready to go after a long day of exploring. We were even treated to some tomatoes and onions from the garden! We left with full hearts and a few more of Moragh’s delicious biscuits. We’re very grateful for the special weekend we had and only wished we had stayed longer. We’ll be back!

The property was idyllic, beautiful, quiet and very clean. We loved our stay. David and Moragh were perfect hosts and gave us everything we needed and more.
