Not very convenient to access eating places and shopping.

Expect to provide more information with regards to amenities and food outlets around the accommodation. Cleanliness is not up to expectation as the bathroom is infested with ants. Quality of toilet paper is disappointing.

The facility and location is the prime choice.

The cleanliness and no toilet roll was provided upon check in. The washing machine is also due to be replaced as during dry spin the machine seems to be tumble very badly.

Lokasi sangat strategik. Berjalan kaki je pergi paradigm mall, KL. Parking mudah, fasiliti rumah lengkap.

Toilet kotor sikit dan ada bau kurang menyenangkan. Mungkin dtg dr sistem paip/ fan ventilation.

Masa saya nak booking,saya ada request untuk invoice under nama tetamu.Mereka cakap boleh takda masalah.Tapi lepas keluar, mereka suruh saya minta dengan booking.com.Kalau untuk claim jangan duduk di sini ya.After call booking.com baru die keluarkan invoice,tapi tetap bukan invoice ye.Saya bayar harga lebih mahal dari di iklankan.Ada charge RM50 untuk service kebersihan,jadi please baca betul².Dia bagi saya invoice bukan harga sebenar kita bayar.1stime pengalaman macam ni,tempat lain ok je.Bab lantai melekit saya ok je..Bilik tak sama macam dalam gambar pun saya ok je.Tapi bab invoice untuk claim mereka tak membantu,saya jadi geram.Sangat menyusahkan.

SUka semuanya akan repeat lagi...walaupun penat sangat tersalah masuk bangunan dgn brg2 nya berat😅tq pakcik yg tolong...❤️😊

The view was good.

The staff asked to check out by 11am. The check in time is 3pm, but they delay it 30min to give us the key. When we ask about it, they doesn't reply for it and dont even give an extra 30min for check out .
