As the property was self catering I bought my own food for my stay there. I really enjoyed my stay and found the accomdation most suitable for my needs. Good kitchen, bathroom and toilet facilities. The bedding was comfortable and the apartment was clean and tidy just a short walk away from the town. I couldn't have asked for more.

I encountered some difficultly getting the front door to open using the code provided but that was more because I wasn't turning the hatch in the right direction. Always had problems opening doors with codes. Aside from that no other issues.

Good location. Close to promenade. Short ten minute walk, mostly through the park, to downtown Penzance. Maybe 15 minutes to newlyn.

Perfect location, free parking (although be prepared for your car to be covered in bird poo), main facilities, cutlery etc. Spacious rooms and smart TV in living room, fast WiFi.

Didn’t feel particularly clean especially the upholstery. Host is a bit slow replying. Bathroom has quite a lot of mold and could do with more towels, toiletries and loo roll.

Amazing accommodation, very close to the front promenade and local beach . Outstanding quality of mattresses in the rooms , very comfortable and we did sleep very well Quiet location ,but so close to City centrum ( maybe 10 min walk ) to main square. Very good price for the quality and extremely great communication with Hannah who was always happy to help or provide us with anything we may need Highly recommended

Hannah and Dominic were WONDERFUL. Extremely responsive when we couldn’t figure out exactly where we were or how the stove worked. The location could absolutely not be better—lovely walk to waterfront, to Penlee Park, to the street with all the great bakeries. Parking was easy on the street.
