Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment near Seafront

Perfect location, homely apartment with everything you need, warm and comfortable with lots of personal touches! The beds were fabulous! We had the best nights sleep! No complaints about the apartment at all and we would definitely book again

The entrance and hallways need updating, very strong unpleasant smell coming from other flats which were off putting, better lighting needed outside front door so you can put the code in the door without a torch HOWEVER the downsides wouldn’t put me off staying again!

The apartment was very cold on arrival but heated up quickly after putting heaters on

The kitchen was nicely kitted out. The whole apartment felt cosy and friendly. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice living room. The location is great, close to town and Penlee Park. Parking was easy, we nearly always found a space right outside - though probably more challenging in season. It was very quiet too.

Fine for us, but it is on the second floor so there are steps to access it. WiFi not great in the main bedroom.

Location, great communication from/with owner, very comfortable bed/bedrooms, handy to local amenities/activities. Great base from which to explore Penzance and Cornwall.

Stairs, tv stopped working (not a major, but nice to have), washing machine but no dryer and clothes rack didn’t work in winter, despite us being there three nights. Kitchen good, breakfast table worked and lounge seats comfortable, but all together a bit of a tight fit for one room.
