Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment near Seafront

Lovely flat with great facilities. Excellent location for the promenade and town

Really lovely apartment in an ideal location, beds are very comfortable and all you need for a self catering stay.

The apartment was VERY cold even with all the heating turned all the way up we were having to wear multiple layers to keep warm.

I never attended myself, but my Mum and Brother (who went in my place) found the location to be Lovely and Quiet, picturesque, the walks there and back were grand even if the weather could have been better; Mum had no trouble getting to sleep as the bed was nice and warm and most importantly, Comfortable - there was also little to no noise as she chose the room with the Skylight (and loved the fact you could close the blind/curtain!) Brother has difficulty sleeping and doesn't get to bed too early, but crashed out on the couch until about 2am (so he must have been comfortable!) then found his way to the double bed which by the sounds of it went down swimmingly as he didn't get up until about 9am (Lucky for some!) Both loved the fact they could access YouTube as it meant they could catch up on things they might have been missing at home and they only really used the toaster, the kettle and the fridge - all of which were in great condition and spotless! Mum says she would love to come back sometime and from what I've heard, I'd love to join her on her next adventure back to Penzance!

There were a few things here and there, the most important thing was the lack of light outside the front door - Mum suggested possibly a motion sensor light as the steps could prove to be hazardous after dark, she also mentioned it might be worth installing a handrail as she stumbled a few times trying to get between the iron fence and the door; The only other issue regarding the entryway was that the timer switch in the hallway didn't seem long enough to negotiate the stairs effectively and she ended up using her torch a few times to get to their room. Very little else to grumble about by the sounds of it, Mum mentioned the Hot Tap in the Kitchen seemed to like to sing when in use (air pocket in pipes maybe?) and she could only find one socket in the Skylight room which meant she had to prioritise one of her items and charge her phone in the kitchen (as she usually packs sound box to drown out background sounds) All in all though, they had a wonderful time!

It’s central location across the Cornwall sites and very much accessible daily needs, and excellent WiFi connectivity. I would prefer to take work from home next time for a month break :)

All good, may be if you can arrange some daily essentials like toothpaste, washing tablets and towel changes once in 2 days would be really nice for long stays. But overall it was pleasant having this suggestion will be too good for this property

We stayed 2 nights and had an amazing experience. Prior to check in, we had excellent communication with the host and Hannah gave us very clear and precise instruction from parking to accessing the flat, and general up keep of the place. The instruction made our experience second to none. Parking is on the main road and free. (Only downside is the bird dropping on the car) This apartment is a typical English accommodation you would expect with a very good up keep. It has everything you would need as basic amenities. Excellent location, just 3 minutes walk to the seafront, theres a lidl nearby and small Asda. Loads of restaurant as well. We visited a nearby Chinese Restaurant (our rating 3 over 5 thats just base on value for money). We were impressed by how clean the apartment was. Great attention given to make our stay as welcoming as it could be. Bedsheet and linen were spotless. Towel on site available and handwash. Utensils and cutlery available if you want to do some basic cooking. Washing up liquid and scour to help with the dishes. Small fridge on site. The sofa added a nice luxurious touch to the sitting room. A folded table is available should you wish to use it. The bed was very comfy. For us hygiene was very important and this host ticked the box for us with how clean the place was. Overall we enjoy our stay and would highly recommend this host and apartment. If i had to stay there again I will not look any further. Thank you Hannah.

Just the parking outside under the tree put us off with the birds dropping. Again this is not under the host control. Otherwise i cannot fault anything else.
