Butas aukštai ir labai siauri laiptai. Šiek tiek nepatogu jais lipti su lagaminu.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Handy to promenade and places like Lidl. Short walk 15 minutes into the town and a bit further to the railway station. Easy key access. Lots of steps to Flat 3 and more up to the bedrooms. But we are 76 and 80 so not complaining! Good kitchen pots, oven etc. Lighting in hallway good.

Bring your own salt and pepper.

Dark entrance very dated . Apartment carpet livingroom stairs stained and worn . Stain on sheet in double bedroom. Apartment could do with re-paint dated . Sorry wouldn't book again.

Too many narrow stairs in unit number 3. Very difficult taking suitcases up . This should have been highlighted in the booking

This is a stunningly beautiful property! It sits on a lovely tree-lined, quiet street. Pleasant breezes entered the main bedroom and lounge. Pretty decoration with a beachy feel. The linens and bath towels were luxurious. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes and appliances. Short walk down to the promenade and restaurants.

Although the host sent excellent information for accessing the property, they were not responsive to messages sent after we arrived. There were minimal amenities outside of hand soap, e.g., although a clothes washer is provided, there was no detergent, only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for three people staying three nights, nearly empty salt and pepper, and dish detergent. For a long term stay one would bring or purchase these items, however, for short term stays, where guests are traveling from city to city, it would be helpful to have these few necessities provided as they were in the several other places we stayed. The second bedroom only had a sky light and no ventilation, so it was very hot and there were insects, which must have come through the skylight frame. The main bedroom did not have any insects.

Excellent location as close to the promenade and parks. Plenty of on-street parking nearby. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine.

WiFi a bit weak away from the router in the lounge.

The helpfulness of Dominic when the taxi driver couldn't find the place late at night.

The stairs ... but I don't think there's a place in Penzance without stairs.

Good location for sea front and access to all surrounding attractions. Spacious bedrooms, nice bathroom, great walk- in shower and constant hot water. Very comfy bed . Light, bright sunny rooms with a homely feel. Second bedroom is a great hang out room for teenagers. Well equipped kitchen area . Very good value.

Living/ kitchen , dining space is very small , not large enough to accommodate 4 adults.

A little more kitchen equipment would have been welcome, e.g a sieve
