Lovely little place, super cosy

The toilet seat was broken along with a few minor issues, the bed has a few broken boards.

Within walking distance to canal with bars and great shopping centre. Supermarket across road.

Didn’t realise there was no on-site parking so when we arrived late evening it was a chore to find off site parking. Planet road (3 min walk) was located for parking.

It was so peaceful and relaxing. Had everything you needed

It was dirty, like every wall, surface and furniture was dirty. After sitting on the sofa i became very itchy. It was a really rough area. All the post boxes had been broken into in the recpetion. The builidng inside is dirty. The owner saw the videos, agreed to a refund then went back on themselves so i had to go through booking.com. Overall its not worth cheaping out. Get somewhere nicer and cleaner. There is also no parking nearby except for parking on the street in the next estate over which isnt ideal for safety reasons.
