Nothing much

We had booked air bnb so that we are able to cook our meals as my husband is diabetic and controls it by diet. We could not boil something as simple as an egg as the cooker was not hot enough. Air fryer was rusty . Fridge freezer was dirty with left over cans of Pepsi which had bursted in the freezer . The shower cubicle was blocked and had to unblock it by taking off hair that had blocked it ( I have pictures)

The apartment is quite big. There is fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, private shower. The bus stop is nearby, it's convenient for travelling.

The worst thing about this place was that the first day after arriving we had to clean everything: some towels were dirty (maybe from some dye) so we tried to wash them, bed sheets also looked not exactly clean, so we washed them just to be safe. Anything we wanted to use in the kitchen we had to wash first - some forks still had old food dried on them. Moreover, the heater in the bathroom doesn't work. Other than that, the place was OK.

It was comfy! Felt like a little home! It was lovely

The actual apartment was nice, although it was cold and the heaters weren’t great.

The location is awful. The apartment block is dirty and scary for a single lady. Lots of gangs, kids shouting at all hours of the night. I felt uneasy staying there alone. There was rubbish all around the site and despite asking for a parking spot, I was given a parking ticket.

the cold water tap still needs looking at as it goes hot water very quickly

The bed was very comfortable. The lounge and tv were well set out. The bathroom was well furnished and clean. There was free parking.

Although the flat says private entrance, once into the building you enter an inner foyer which isn't lit until you go inside. When the light comes on you see your own door and those of other departments. The darkness on entering didn't feel very safe. Whilst the walls are soundproof ( so you don't hear the other apartments), the windows are not. Located as it is on the back edge of the building, it is a short distance from a factory that appears to run its machines 24/7. The droning in the living room/ kitchen area is very distracting. The hob is unsafe. There are no control making next to the knobs, and where the selection lights should be, 2 of the 4 are missing. Any boiled over liquid goes straight into the electrics. The mains went off while we were there. Oddly a cable appears out of the top of the washing machine. It travels around the room and is plugged in by the TV. Strange arrangement. The guests at the travel lodge opposite are very noisy up to about 10pm. The occupants of the flats were very noisy on Sunday morning at 2:30am. I thought perhaps returning from a night out.
