Bedbugs on the bed crawling in my hair at 2 am - I woke up found a bunch of them and took photos and sent to the host and host didn’t reply or agree to refund my booking fee - I had to relocate in the middle of the night. Please don’t ever book here !!!!!!

TRClose to town, affordable, safe single accommodation with private bathroom (bathroom is outside the room, downstairs, as clearly stated in the description).
The accommodation was cold. It took the host almost 1 hour to put the heating on after I notified them and they responded. It was set on 17, which is simply too low for a cold winter's day, and all radiators were off.
THThe price is amazing. It is not far from the train station so it was perfect commuting to uni. The room has some basic amenities such as a kettle, fridge and hair dryer. Overall I had a good experience here and would stay again.
The walls are paper thin. I had to knock on the guests door next to me because they were so loud I could hear every move, this was quite late aswell so guests should be reminded to respect others. The matress needs replacing it was quite uncomfortable, or at least a topper on it. The bathroom, although private, is downstairs which requires a code to get into, a bit inconvenient if you need to get up in the night.

I didn’t like it my bedroom at the first floor and bathroom on the ground floor also the bathroom doors with the code on the door absolutely rubbish As middle of November weather is so bad and room was so cold and not very clean we can only upload 4 pictures but I have about 20 on my phone

CHConfusion. A short while before my trip Osney told me that the single room and bathroom were on separate floors and that if that was inconvenient I could cancel the booking. I replied that I wished to cancel.
See above! I wrote this to Booking but have not received any reaction, nor any reimbursement. Lynn of Osney Studio refers me back to you when I ask what's happening.
