"Lovely staff and food shame the heating was on the blink"

Breakfast was great

The heating was not working and the room was cold. We were in a twin room and one of the duvets was not suitable for the climate

"The hotel was cheap and cheerful!"

Staff were friendly, the location suited us, the price was reasonable.

The room would benefit from refurbishment, there was a kettle, tea, but no cups! The bar staff provided cups on request. The carpet and blinds needed to be replaced. there was no hot water on our final day. There were no shelves in the toilet for our toiletries. there was no remote control for the tv.

Tired and dirty, cleaner and chef hadn’t turned up.. one poor harried staff member tried his best.

The convenience of the location and the breakfast

The cleaners were really pushy to get us out of the room after being delayed with showering after fire alarms went of then would stop and start every 5 mins we wasn't sure what to do
