Position, service and availability of meals.

Smallness of shower, lack of Netflix or similar.

Needed some work, focused on the bar

Shower fell to bits, remote didn’t work, staff were cordial I suppose.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Meine Toilettenbrille müsste dringend befestigt werden, man droht mit ihr vom WC zu kippen. Ich wollte dies zum Ende meines Aufenthaltes noch als Info an das super freundliche Personal weitergeben, hab es aber leider vergessen. Mein Zimmer befand sich im dritten Stock und auf dem Weg dorthin waren entlang der Treppe einige Stellen bei denen auch Hand angelegt werden sollte. Trotz dieser Punkte bin auf jeden Fall zufrieden.

The Hotel was fine but the bed was not suitable for human habitation.

Nice location.

In the morning there was no hot water. The heating system is electric and per room. When we reported to the front desk they informed us that they had known about the problem for days. They said that they had informed Booking.com, but we had received no notice. I asked why we weren’t informed on arrival and the guy just shrugged. He informed us that there were other rooms with hot water. I asked how we might be compensated and he said it was up to Booking.com. Nothing has materialized. He could have offered us a hot breakfast, but didn’t. We had a room with a view of the water. They provided a large flat screen tv which they placed on a table directly in front of the window. My wife had to stand on her toes to see the water.

The staff where amazing, so kind and helpful. Location was beautiful. Meals where awesome and affordable.

The hotel is a little tired but if you look past that, you will see a gem.
