Bournemouth East Cliff by Belvilla

Old , swimming pool was not usable and filthy all the sofas and chairs the material is all stained! It has no air con in rooms and all needs a update

Beach front location ,clean room

Room was unbearably hot .one very old poor fan ,1 member of staff who had to everything ,and all facilities at sister hotel next door . And I mean everything..Would have been better to pay the extra and just go there . The hotel seems to have been neglected with all attention on the Carlton sister hotel ,parking £20 per night .

It was good location

Very dirty and old. Outdated and extremely needs a lot of TLC

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The facilities at the sister hotel were very good.

We struggled to turn the radiator off, so the room was very warm. Check in was advertised as 3pm .. we indicated that we would probably check in between 4 and 5pm. We arrived a bit early at 3pm-ish, but could still not check in until 4pm (I assume the room would have been ready by 3pm!!)

i liked the fact that it is on the beach

although we didnt end up staying here i rated it as 4 because nobody answered the calls so we canceled and ended up staying somewhere else

Dirty balcony with cigarette ends on it No hot water for a shower

Rooms were quite nice and clean

The hotel seemed abandoned..pool out of order, restaurant too. Nothing to do in the hotel, but otherwise clean and decent room

The best thing bout this hotel was the outdoor pool made the hotel

The rooms very dated and bathroom very tired and run down
