The only good think was that the reception lady she was really friendly and helpful as I did book the night from booking .com but the dates was wrong so the reception girl she found a room for me and my family to stay in .

The hotel was very poor not clean as it should be very boring the breakfast stuff very rude not friendly at all brekfast to very poor like 1980s didn't have any option to chose something to eat for kids just sandwich and croissant with jam 😀

Absolutely disaster, no management have a bad bug your bad. In Booking.com say you can check 11 o’clock in the busy hot weather they want us to do check-in 4 pm. And we called them for asking Help nobody respond.. and literally check out 11 am we paid £110 just for 16 hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And pictures that parking is free that I had to pay for parking like £25 which is altogether one day trip just staying 16 hours £35. Excluded eating.

Value for money, comfy bed, hot shower and proximity to the beach and attractions. One of the rooms was air conditioned. Quiet in the night 🌙. Breakfast tasty but served in another hotel across the road.

Poor cleanliness, ( many hairs found in the bathroom, stained carpet, walls , decorations and fixtures). Dated, tired, dirty exterior and interior of the hotel. WiFi in the rooms didn't work, single room extremely hot with window not opening and no air conditioning. Food not ailable, served across the car park in sister hotel. Rude gentleman in reception on the arrival checking us in.

The lift worked.

Advertised as having a pool. We booked same hotel to be close to sister and her family. Her family was moved to the next hotel along the street, which is also where the pool happened to be. It all made coordinating families and spending time together very difficult. The room was basic. Windows barely opened and no air conditioning. Found an ineffective fan in the closet. Shower was pitifully weak. Sound of noisy pipes through the night. Basically a really old hotel in desperate need of renovation. Also saw disabled ladies car was broken into/window smashed despite plenty of apparent cctv cameras in the car park.

Staff was really helpful, and close to the beach

Heating was on ,and 34 degrees outside. They didn't know how to switch off. Windows didn't work. Poor ventilation. Shame..

The property was close to town centre. And room was good size

The parking was expensive £20 a night

Location was ok.

Very run down, pool was out of action. All facilities, breakfast/restaurant were from neighbouring hotel. Parking price was extortionate. Rooms were very warm, bathroom was very poor quality. Hotel needs some serious attention. I feel like the pictures sold to me on booking.com are NOT a reflection of what we experienced.

The location

Had zero facilities, had to go to Charlton for breakfast, bar and leisure facilities. At one point my daughter hurt her finger they didn’t even have plasters, we had to go to the Charlton for plasters, this should be the bare minimal. Also me and my husband have bed bug bites! The hotel has really gone down hill which is a shame because this use to be our favourite getaway hotel.
