Good location, friendly staff, room clean after poor first impression of the hotel on arrival

Very tired old building, first impressions not good and not at all like the pictures. Pool closed but able to use the pool next door

Spaceous and clean room. The service provided for luggage storage before the check-in.

On initial booking, followed by payment, I've requested a room with a view. The room was indeed with two bed, but not with a sea view.

Filthy, no bed and breakfast at sight where booked or meal, sent to another hotel, no staff, no cleaning of room, breakfast at Charlton complete and utter mess, coffee machine never cleaned, finger prints all over and old coffee or tea left in machine, cereal Station cereal everywhere, disaster or food posing waiting to happen

Room size was good enough. Clean and clam place to stay.

While booking it was not clearly mentioned that Parking is paid. To get the hot water in the bathroom, one has to waste lot of cold water. There was only one fan in 2bed rooms.

The location was amazing.

The swimming pool wasn’t all green, no food being served at this hotel, we were told to use neighbour hotel. Our room smelt Smokey from previous people, which made me feel awful.

The breakfast was fine, and the location was very good.

The exorbitant car par charges, an oil slick for a pool, no bar or refreshment facilities in the hotel. The sister hotel were food and the pool were available was ok but why wasn’t I just put in the Clifton?
