Nothing stay away pay same price different hotel you are better off at travel lodge

Very disappointing stay, especially considering we booked a suite. The room was in poor condition, with maintenance issues including a damaged bathroom door handle and a loose screw on the floor. My child became trapped in the bathroom and I stepped on the loose screw, which caused injury to my foot. Our arrival experience was particularly disappointing due to the conduct of a receptionist named Patricia. We felt she was rude, repeatedly interrupted us, spoke over us when we were trying to ask questions, and failed to provide basic information about the hotel. As first-time guests, we were not shown where facilities were located or given a proper introduction to the property, which left us feeling unwelcome. In contrast, another member of staff, Cemal, was excellent. He was professional, friendly and helpful, and made us feel much more welcome. There was no housekeeping during our stay, limited amenities, no readily available ice, and we were directed to another hotel building for drinks and services. Hot water took a long time to come through. We were also charged an additional £25 per night for our small dog, which was not clearly disclosed in amount before booking. Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standard we expected for the price paid, and we left feeling disappointed.

Very poorly and room carpets was dirty and windows was not working properly and it was painfull for my 11 years old boy with asthma and egsema . But location was good

The hotel was close to the beach.

The receptionist at check in wasn't friendly and didn't explain that although we had been upgraded to a suite, the windows did not open due to safety being on the ground floor - which didn't help us sleep very well due to no ventilation and my 2 young children also suffered. We thankfully managed to get a fan from the front desk in the evening, however there was no sympathy at all given. We were also not told that the breakfast would be served in the hotel next door (carlton). The breakfast was basic and tasteless and was not worth the £14.99 we paid each. The room was dated and dusty in places. We were not told at check in that you needed to book to get the room serviced by housekeeping. When the toilet roll finished we were not given any more due to us not booking in with house keeping. I gave up asking the receptionist any further questions because I was made to feel like I was moaning and I caught her giving me a dirty look one time. The hotels location was good, but that was the only good thing I can say about our stay. The receptionist mentioned to another person staying at the hotel that the hotel is just used for the rooms, and nothing else worked - this made sense as the restaurant, swimming pool and bar did not work at the hotel. I was told I had to walk to the other hotel (carlton) to get a drink at the bar. Overall service was bad, hotel was bad and the only good thing was the location. I will not be staying here again and I think booking.com should be made away of everything as what is available at the hotel is very misleading.

Nothing to like. I was very disappointed overall. What i saw on booking.com was completely opposite to what we found. very dated and lack of staff to assist.

Overall hotel was very disappointed and i felt deceived by fancy pictures on booking.com. It was very hot day and when we arrived we found out that there were no air conditioning. when asked for a fan they gave us this air cooler which does not blow any air. The room was very small and i was unable to breath. The lobby had very dated furniture and it felt a run down hotel. i have my insulin and i requested for fridge and i was told that the hotel has ran out of fridge. i an definately not going to visit this hotel again. We ended up walking out from the property.

Not a lot

The hotel was not the one I stayed in last year because even though the picture was of the hotel I thought I was staying in, the hotel had been renamed and I was put in to a hotel that last year I was told was shut down and I could park in their car park for free. Very disappointed looking at a sixty odd foot brick wall for three days was not great. If this review is read by yourselves it would be nice for a reply
