I really love the location of the property, especially the bar and the reception area which is right on the seafront even though the properties is quite elevated. There is also really really good parking nearby.

I probably say that because I’m disabled you know was on crutches. I got a room that was pretty much at the very back end of the hotel. There’s a lot of stairs. I think it’d be really nice if you were given accessible options enough for somewhere a little bit closer to the doors and the exit especially in the event of a fire for example but I mean the rest of its fine especially the price. I can’t complain

This location of the hotel is the only plus point.

The staff were very unprofessional, no proper facilities provided in the room, showers don't work properly very little flow of water from the shower. When I arrived in the room the hand wash, shampoo, body wash were completely empty and not refilled, when I went to the reception to inform about this issue the guy in charge on the reception told me they didn't had more of those left and will arrive next day and handed me a hand-wash and asked me to use that instead of bodywash I kept my cool and was waiting the next day for them to provide me but they didn't even show up with any of those, I had to buy my own bodywash from a local shop. Also there's no air conditioning in the room, towels provided as so cheap that if you wipe yourself it leaves all the threads onto your body. I even doubt the cleanliness of the room. If you want to save your money please avoid this hotel. I'm glad I didn't book this hotel more than one day.

Location to beach

Exceedingly rude and arrogant staff especially at the reception. No toiletries or amenities provided even when asked for. When asked the reply was "buy it from Asda". Rooms very hot - fans pretty much useless No a/c. Hotel looks like it never got upgraded since 1960s Noisy throughout the night - doors repeatedly slamming. No noise dampening or noise insulation Hot water takes over 10 mins to get to a decent temperature Dinner was served cold. Understaffed.

Couldn't open windows properly as they seemed to be locked.
